Is my data safe with NotionForms?

NotionForms takes your privacy seriously and follows best practices to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information and customer data is protected and maintained. We do not disclose or share your data with outside parties.

We do need (a partial) access to your Notion workspace to do the following:

List the tables you shared with us
Read the shared tables structure
Get a list of all users in your workspace (only to for people inputs)
Query a table for its content (only for relation inputs)
Save your form submissions in your tables

It's important to note that you always keep the control. We do not have access to your whole Notion workspace, but only to the tables you decide to share with us. You can revoke our access to a table or even to your whole workspace at any point, directly from Notion.

We only store your form submission in your Notion tables. The content is only owned by you or your company. If there is any issue that occurs when saving a form submission, we send you an email with a CSV file containing your answers.
