This feature is only available for Pro and Enterprise subscribers.
You can send a custom submission confirmation email to your forms respondents. Note that this is only possible for forms with a single "Email"-type column. Here's how to set this up:

Open the form editor (create a new form or update an existing one)
Make sure that your form has 1 and only 1 email-type field. We will send the submission confirmation email to the email address entered in this field.
Scroll down to the "Notifications" section, and check "Send submission confirmation"


You can now customize the email sender name, the subject and the main content in the email.
You can also decide wether or not you want to confirmation email to include the form submission details (respondent's answers)


Save your form and you're done! Your form respondents will automatically receive a confirmation email.

That's it we will send an email notification to your form respondents!
