How to change the time format of my date field (am/pm)?

The default time format uses the 24 hours format. You can change this to use the am/pm 12 hours format. Here's how:

Open the form editor
Open the input settings for your date field (by clicking the blue cog)
In the date options section, enable the am/pm 12 hours format option
Save your form
