Can I share a form with my Notion workspace members only?

Yes, this is possible if you enable Notion login protection! 🔐

If you want the form to be visible to your Notion workspace team members - you'll love this feature.

You can enable it on the "Form access" section of your form.

How it works:

When a user clicks on the form link, instead of showing the form, the workspace will prompt them to log in with Notion and to select the workspace.

The form will be restricted to people members who are external to your workspace.

So, only people who can authenticate using your Notion workspace will be able to use the form.

Note: These users don't need to have a NoteForms account to use the form.
