Relation columns are only supported in our Pro and Enterprise plan
In order for them to work you need to ensure that the related table is also shared with our integration. Notion only shares with us the existence of a relation only if we have access to both tables.

To solve a missing relation column in NotionForms, follow this guide to see how to share the related table. After a page refresh on the form editor, you should be able to see your relation input.

You should also make sure that the relation exists on both tables ("Show on 'Related table' "). The column can be hidden from the related table but it must exist.
