Do you want to get notified of new submissions via Slack?

You can enable Slack notifications by doing the following:

Go to NoteForms.com

In "Your Forms", locate the form you wan to edit. Click it and then click "Edit Form."

When the editor opens, scroll down on the left-side panel until you find the "Notifications" section.




Click on "Slack Notifications" and toggle this button on.



Follow these instructions from Slack to get a webhook URL and once you have it, paste it here and save changes:
